Some organisations also offer to cover fees for employees to access external supervision, or provide them with access to an EAP program (see EAP providers I am registered with below); check with your organisation to see of this applies to you.

Cancellation Policy

There are costs associated with every booking, making cancellation fees a necessity (please note exceptions listed below).

As I base most of my practice on regular sessions, e.g.  every 1, 2, or 4 weeks, I am usually unable to refill the appointment by offering the time to another client or supervisee; cancellation fees are therefore as follows:

Full fee..................................$90

Concession...........................$40

Supervision...........................$90

Group supervision...............$80

Please Note:

  • Medicare/private insurance do not cover cancellation fees.

  • This cancellation policy applies to self-funding/Medicare services, "Other Financial Support Options" listed below may follow a different policy depending on the type of funding, this will be discussed as part of your initial assessment.

To avoid cancellation fees, there are several options:

  • Provide 7 days notice of cancellation.

  • Switch to a telehealth appointment.

  • Reschedule to an alternative time within 24 hours (if available).

Rebates

Fee assistance is available from various sources, and may or may not involve a gap fee, depending on the nature of the funding and the service provided.  Please contact me if you would like further information.

NB: rebates are higher if you have reached the Medicare safety net threshold; If you’re part of a family or couple, you can register as a family to combine your costs, and will likely reach the threshold sooner.
